Phil Vassar shares the story of a fateful encounter with Engelbert Humperdinck on Fox and Friends
Country music star and singer-songwriter Phil Vassar gave a shoutout to Engelbert Humperdinck when he appeared on Fox and Friends Friday, July 6th for an interview and a live performance. Vassar is currently promoting his new single, “Fall Crazy”, which is out now on all digital music platforms.
Phil Vassar, who is mostly known for being a singer-songwriter, was asked by one of the hosts on Fox and Friends about meeting Engelbert Humperdinck many, many years ago in Nashville. When asked about his uncanny connection to Engelbert Humperdinck, he explained that he previously knew of Humperdinck because of his parents, who were huge fans. He had just moved to Nashville as a young artist to play pianos in bars, and write music. One day, while working in the studio, he had a fateful meeting with Humperdinck’s son.
