August 23rd is now Engelbert Humperdinck Day in Honolulu, Hawaii! The mayor of Honolulu recently honored Engelbert Humperdinck with this proclamation during his recent trip to Hawaii. Engelbert was in Honolulu for the filming of his upcoming PBS TV special, which will feature Engelbert’s live performance at the Hawaii Theatre. His PBS TV special will feature Engelbert songs both new and old, including some holiday tunes in honor of his upcoming Christmas album Warmest Christmas Wishes.
