Janet Devlin is the featured artist of the week for the Musician Portrait Project. The concept of the Musician Portrait Project is to present moving portraits of various musicians. Janet’s moving portrait captures her quirkiness as well as her shy demeanor. Janet’s portrait was filmed back in July in Wilmington, Delaware, while she was on tour with pop sensation Heffron Drive.
