Dovetail Named a Grand Prize Winner in The John Lennon Songwriting Contest

Dovetail has just been announced as one of the Grand Prize winners of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest for the second time. The John Lennon Songwriting Contest has named Dovetail’s “Easier to See” as the Rock Song of the Year for Session II. Dovetail previously won this category in 2012 for their song “Julie.” Dovetail falls in the category of the 24 Grand Prize Winners, which moves them to the next round of the contest. They will now go head to head in an online battle for the title of Lennon Award winner for the Rock Song category. Winning the next round of the contest will make them eligible to win the grand prize of “Song of the Year.”
