Today would have been the late Joe Strummer’s 60th Birthday. The legendary front man of punk band the Clash was born on August 21, 1952.
Strummer passed away in December 2002 due to a congenital heart defect. However, his legacy continue to lives on thanks to the Strummerville Foundation and the Clash’s 2003 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
