Weapons of Anew Bassist Inks Endorsement Deal With ESP Bass Guitars

Weapons of Anew bassist Stefan “Reno” Cutrupi has inked an endorsement deal with ESP Bass Guitars. With a background that encompasses everything from late ’90s punk rock and metal to jazz, Cutrupi’s playing stretches across the board. “ESP basses allow me an elaborate range of sound and versatility in order to fully express myself,” he said. “I like to think of myself as a total musician, not just a bass player.”

After taking some time out from music, Cutrupi connected with WoA guitarist Freddy Ordine, also endorsed by ESP, years ago when he tried out for a touring bassist spot with Ordine’s previous band HavocHate, and the two formed a lasting musical friendship. “WoA is allowing me to push the envelope of modern rock music, infuse my ‘out of the box’ thinking and create our own mark on the music industry,” he said. “The look and feel of ESP basses start the engine on my big rock bass machine! They have a beautiful look and sound…what more could I ask for?”

“Weapons of Anew are a great addition to the ESP family,” said Chris Cannella, Director of Artist Relations/Product Management, ESP Guitars. “Their drive and fight for groove and killer performance sets them above the norm.”

Weapons of Anew’s debut single “Killshot“ is available for purchase via iTunes and Bandcamp. The track is also streaming on Spotify and SoundCloud. Also, be sure to check out Weapons Of Anew’s official music video for ‘Killshot’ below or on our YouTube page:
