English indie rock band Bloc Party have decided to let fans listen in early on their upcoming release “Four.” The album comes out August 20th. Check out the band’s website to listen. Make sure to scroll down the stream page to read the lyrics to the 12 new songs as well.
The new album is the fourth by the post-punk influenced quartet. “Four” delivers angular rhythms and choppy guitars backing Kele Okereke’s signature croon. As a whole, the album offers more of an aggressive and darker sound than traditionally expected from Bloc Party.
