Fiona Apple debuted 3 new songs at SXSW last month from her long-awaited (and ridiculously long-titled) new album, The Idler Wheel Is Wiser Than The Driver Of The Screw, And Whipping Cords Will Serve You More Than Ropes Will Ever Do. Among them was the first single off the album, “Every Single Night,” which Stereogum described as “a turbulent but intricately arranged track that would’ve fit in nicely on her peerless sophomore album When The Pawn.” Listen to the track streaming below:
