Paul McCartney To Front Nirvana?

The 12/12/12 benefit show is going to be huge, most likely filled with surprises we are yet to know about. However, today, details have been making headlines about Sir Paul McCartney filling in for the late Kurt Cobain for Nirvana’s performance.

In an interview with Paul:

“I didn’t really know who they were,” the 70-year-old Beatles legend told The Sun. “They are saying how good it is to be back together. I said, ‘Whoa? You guys haven’t played together for all that time? And somebody whispered to me, ‘That’s Nirvana. You’re Kurt.’ I couldn’t believe it.”

In addition the Nirvana, acts like Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Kanye West, Eric Clapton, The Who, Alicia Keys, The Rolling Stones, and more are expected to perform. This is going to be huge.
