Taking Back Sunday’s “Tell All Your Friends” 10-Year Anniversary Tour

Long Island’s Taking Back Sunday announced a Fall tour to commemorate the 10th anniversary of their iconic release Tell All Your Friends. The emo stalwarts plan to play the album in its entirety every night of the tour. After the release of Tell All Your Friends in 2002, guitar-vocalist-songwriter John Nolan and bassist Shaun Cooper left the band to form dream-pop band Straylight Run. From 2003 to 2011, Taking Back Sunday toured and released 3 albums without Nolan and Cooper. The two rejoined the band in 2011 and worked on the band’s latest, self-titled album.

Music critics and fans consider Tell All Your Friends an important and influential album to upcoming pop-punk and emo bands of the popular Vans Warped Tour circuit. The album includes hits “Cute Without the E (Cut from the Team),” “Great Romances of the 20th Century,” and “You’re So Last Summer.” Watch the video for “You’re So Last Summer” below, which features rapper Flavour Flav.
